The bucket wheel reclaimer is a high-efficiency equipment for continuous loading and unloading of large-scale bulk materials in modern industrial.The three-stage reclaimer of the coal is now manually operated.The driver operates the handle to control the revolving,walking,pitching and other actions of the reclaimer by means of stepless speed regulation.This kind of control method requires the driver to take a high concentration of attention and frequently operate the handle to achieve the specified instantaneous amount of reclaiming.With the improvement of the level of automation,the way of semi-automatic reclaiming or fully automatic reclaiming has been proposed and studied.Because the automatic pick-up is correct for the stacking shape of the stacker,there is a certain requirement for the blanking position to be accurate.And it is difficult to achieve the desired results with the research and improvement of the reclaimer alone.For the reclaimer involved in this research,the intelligent and visual semi-automatic reclaiming method is the hot spot of current research.Semi-automatic reclaiming is a kind of intelligent reclaiming method that includes a complete control system,early warning system,display system,and work with the requisition driver.The driver can obtain the location information and working module data of the scene through the LCD display.By directly operating the touch screen,the same effect as the technician operating the PLC software can be achieved,instead of the previous empirical and sensory operations.For the technical analysis of semi-automatic reclaiming,the PLC control system of the reclaimer is optimized through the optimization design of the hardware and the design of the control program.The coal three-stage reclaimer uses the data of the original belt scale system to limit the stop of the action as the basis for judging the excess alarm.The data of the bucket electric energy harvesting system is added,and the deceleration limit of the action is performed as the judgment basis of the over-warning warning.The two systems complement each other to ensure the safe take-up of the reclaimer to the utmost extent.The information visualization system is based on WinCC flexible,PLC and supporting hardware equipment.Through the information visualization window,the required display functions and control functions are integrated into the human-computer interaction system,which helps staff monitor and call data.The feasibility and reliability of this technology have been verified in actual use,which effectively improved the staff's control and work efficiency on the site.
