The bucket wheel reclaimer is mainly used for cement plants,smelting,coking,power plants,ports and other important industries,machinery and equipment of various coal shipment material,ore,sand and other occasions,as a modern,efficient and continuous mining of large industrial equipment for bulk materials.This paper mainly studies the structure and principle of the automatic control system of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer,And research and design of Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer each system mechanism of the principle of composition,And realize automatic or semi-automatic control mode,The technological process,design principle and design scheme of the key control system of Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer are researched and designed.The hardware and software structure are the main system,task scheduling,material control,stacker PLC,laser scanner,3D model production,automatic alignment system,detection system,control system,anti collision control etc.the content of the study.A laser scanner is mounted on the cantilever,The space scanning between the mechanism and the material stack can be carried out to obtain the real-time three-dimensional image,Transfer to the central control system platform,in the central control room,through the control terminal and video terminal,master the automatic stacker and Reclaimer operation process of the stacker and Reclaimer on the material yard,and realize unmanned management of the yard operation.In the whole bucket wheel stacker reclaimer control system,a video surveillance system is implemented to achieve comprehensive monitoring of all aspects of each system.In terms of hardware,PLC,intelligent transmitter,field bus,sensor,laser scanner and so on,It can realize real-time monitoring,control and comprehensive management of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer;In software aspect,PLC system control software is adopted,Including bucket wheel,manual,linkage,semi-automatic control procedures,The utility model can improve the working efficiency of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer,reduce the labor cost,and realize the self checking and data inquiry function through the system control.
