| With the development of the society,people pay more and more attention to mechanical equipment running status.The friction and wear is the main cause of mechanical failure and affecting the service life of mechanical.Lubricating oil is referred to as the "blood" of mechanical equipment,qualified lubricating oil in the normal operation of mechanical equipment plays a very crucial role,it has the seal,lubrication,reduce friction,shock and corrosion etc,metamorphism of lubricating oil lead to mechanical equipment wear and tear.So people paid more and more attention to the study of lubricating oil quality monitoring.In this paper,the permittivity was used to monitor the quality of the oil.This paper analyzes theoretical relationship between permittivity and lubricating oil quality.according to the SAW resonator theory,we can get the relationship between permittivity and capacitance of surface acoustic wave resonator.we gives the scheme of hardware design and software design of the system.The hardware design part mainly includes the SAW resonator circuit design,temperature measurement circuit design,control unit circuit design and power circuit design,.AD5934 in SAW resonator Capacitance calculation was adopted as a high precision impedance converter system solutions,PIC30F5015 was chosen as the of MCU whole circuit of,using PT1000 measures temperature,The power part fully consider the protection of over-voltage and over-current.Software design consists of a single-chip microcomputer software and PC software.The Single-chip microcomputer software includes AD5934 control program,AD sampling of measuring voltage of temperature program and serial communication program.PC software includes fitting of temperature data and the calculation of oil dielectric constant.Finally with setting up the experimental platform and testing the whole system.Test results show that the system can accurately test the oil permittivity,The permittivity can reflect the pollution level of the oil. |
