Engine electronic control technology can improve the engine power,improve its fuel economy and emissions.Is widely used in a variety of engines,but for small-displacement gasoline engine electronic control system is relatively small,while the program of the engine performance evaluation and control is currently lacking.In this paper,the prototype Honda WH125-6 is used as the research object,and the electronic control unit of the small gasoline engine is developed according to the working characteristics of the electric control actuator and the sensor and the engine working requirements.The engine performance evaluation index is simulated and verified according to the bench test.In view of the working characteristics of the small gasoline engine,the engine hardware circuit and software program are designed.By selecting the mature circuit structure and the combination of simulation test and actual circuit test to determine the type and size of components,it is ensured that the signal acquisition and signal-driven function.By drawing and welding PCB board,we can achieve the integration test;In terms of software,the visualization programming mode is used to achieve the underlying configuretion,and the sub-tasks such as signal acquisition,condition judgment,MAP query,fuel injection control,ignition control and safety protection are designed according to the sensor and actuator characteristics curve.Through the use of engine simulator to build a test platform,the program will be burned to control panel,then it be checked by verifying the normal collection of analog signals and fuel injection and ignition command of the normal output.It is indicated that the design of the controller to meet the control requirements.This paper constructs the GT-Power and Simulink coupled simulation control platform,and builds the closed-loop control strategy of the comprehensive performance evaluation index based on the electronic control bench test data.Based on the GT environment,the one-dimensional engine model is set up,and the fuel injection,ignition and load control sub-modules are established in MATLAB/Simulink software.The coupled simulation operation are used to test the platform from steady-state and transient conditions respectively.The accuracy of the verification platform and the control effect are taken.The results of the bench test are taken as the target value,the simulation data is obtained as the actual value,and the closed-loop fuel injection is corrected.The simulation results show that the overall performance of the engine can be improved according to the specified target comprehensive index,but its control effect in the steady state conditions are more obvious.
