As the infrastructure of the city,the distribution network has a major impact on the safety and reliability of urban power supply.The traditional power distribution planning only determines the maximum load rate of the main transformer according to the mutual supply situation under the 'N-1' safety standard of the main transformer in the station,and fails to fully coordinate the relationship between the power grids at various levels,resulting in low utilization rate of the power grid equipment and wasting investment.In the context of smart grids,it is important to improve the power supply flexibility and safety of distribution networks and to improve the power supply capacity and power supply reliability level of the central city.This paper first analyzes and studies the calculation method of the maximum power supply capacity of urban distribution networks at home and abroad,considering the main transformer and regional load transfer constraints,contact capacity constraints and load transfer constraints.The calculation is performed in a manner in which the maximum power supply capability model and the load balancing model are connected in series.Secondly,it analyzes the basic construction principles of urban distribution network under different grid structures,studies two kinds of methods for reliability assessment of distribution network power supply,and uses the failure mode consequence analysis method to evaluate different wiring modes.The reliability of the distribution network.Finally,focusing on the current situation and existing problems of Shijiazhuang distribution network,the substation layout planning through load forecasting and maximum power supply capacity calculation,combined with the distribution network planning principle,proposes a distribution network planning scheme suitable for Shijiazhuang urban development?and The planning network was verified for reliability assessment.Through summarization and analysis,the corresponding improvement measures and future development trends are proposed.
