With the continuous development of the automobile industry,while driving economic growth,but also exacerbated the energy shortage and environment pollution.In our task group,a new piezoelectric energy suspension system based on piezoelectric effect is proposed,which can convert the vibration energy of the vehicle body caused by the impulse of the uneven road to the energy storage and utilization.At the same time,because the car ride smoothness directly affects the comfort and safety of the occupants,so people are particularly concerned about the performance of one of the cars.In order to study the ride comfort of the new type of piezoelectric energy absorber,based on the virtual prototyping technology,the multi-body dynamics model of the SUV was simulated,the vehicle road experiment is carried out,and then model equipped with the piezoelectric feed-forward shock absorber is simulated.Firstly,based on the multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS/ Car module,established the front and rear suspension system respectively,the suspension system is the same as the original vehicle.At the same time,prepared the damping attribute file and spring stiffness file of the original vehicle.Also established a rack and pinion steering system,body and tire subsystems,equipped to different types of vehicle model,and each subsystem is connected via a communication device.Secondly,the road surface generator of ADAMS is used to generate random pavement road,and the mathematical model is used to build the pulsed pavement road,the ride comfort simulation and analysis of the SUV original vehicle are carried out.The simulation results are evaluated according to the national vehicle ride comfort evaluation method.Then,select the actual road surface,which is the same as simulation road surface,for vehicle road test,and compare the experiment results and the simulation results to verify the correctness and accuracy of the simulation model.Finally,the vehicle model ride comfort simulation of mounted piezoelectric feed-forward shock absorber is carried out,based on the simulation results of original vehicle model,compare the ride comfort of the vehicle simulation results of the two groups,the ride comfort of the new vehicle,which is based on the piezoelectric feed-forward shock absorber,is evaluated according to national evaluation criteria.
