Vehicle ride comfort and safety is closely related to the shock absorber,the current domestic of vehicle ride comfort and the development of the shock absorber,design stay on imitation design,experience in design,lack of effective experimental correction and theoretical research.This paper based on a Chongqing Changan Automobile Company Limited's smooth SUV ride performance development work,through the theoretical research combined with the test method,improving existing shock absorber valve system,and study the new valve system characterization of the damping characteristics.Established the relationship between the damping of the shock absorber and the comfort of the vehicle.The main work is as follows:1.Demand for the size and performance of the shock absorber.By analyzing the relation between the ratio change gain and the damping,the performance demand of shock absorber was put forward.The boundary dimensions of the shock absorber are proposed by measuring the mathematical model.2.Contrast selection of damper valve type.Compare the structure of CL valve,sandwich valve and double CL valve system,and analyze their respective structure and performance.To explore the significance of the study of the double CL valve system.3.Study on the influence parameters of damper damping and optimization of damping.By changing the parameters of each valve and detecting the damping of the shock absorber,the quantitative relationship between the parameters of the double CL valve system and the damping is obtained.4.Study on the performance of shock absorber and the comfort of the vehicle.In the process of vehicle shock absorber motion stroke,the speed detection of subjective evaluation was carried out on the vehicle ride comfort at the same time,combining with CL valve system parameters and the quantitative relationship between damping,various pavement for vehicle ride comfort of the shock absorber performance optimization scheme.5.Validation of vehicle ride comfort optimization.The objective test of the vehicles on the front and back of the vehicle was carried out,and the results were verified.Innovations involved in the subject as follows:1.This paper studies the working principle of double CL valve system,so that it can be successfully applied in the optimization of vehicle comfort.2.Study the relationship between damping of shock absorber and vehicle ride comfort,and improve the efficiency of comfort optimization.
