At present,the strong support of the national for construction the high-speed railway and the passenger dedicatedline,and because of the construction site and technical constraints,which promote the development of rotary construction,especially for some self balancing system,such as cable-stayed bridge,continuous steel etc..However,with the rapid development of the Swivel construction,the corresponding specifications and technical research is not enough.Therefore,this paper takes the overpass —V rigid frame bridge in Shangyuanroad Baoji city as the engineering background,based on summarizing the existing engineering experience,combined with this project with the structure characteristics,the special site conditions,construction technologyand so on,studied from the rotation of the structure design,construction control,rotation control,analysis of mechanical propertiesof main beam during rotation,parameter analysis of rotating ball hinge,finite element analysis of the ball hinge,the main influence on the balance of rotation,the stress distribution law of rotating ball hinge,key construction technology of swivel V structure and the construction monitoring.In order to make a meaningful supplement and improvement for the design,construction and monitoring theory of small curve and large tonnage swivel V structure.This paper mainly studies the following contents:1.Combined with the particularity of this project,carring out the precise calculation of swivel traction system,designing and calculating the key parts of the system,designing of the weighing test swivel structure,checking T structure stability in accordance with the requirements of the wind load,to obtain the reasonable and safe counterweight scheme.2.Using ANSYS to establish the contact analysis model of the ball hinge to study the stress distribution law of the rotating spherical hinge under static load.3.Establishing the ANSYS finite element model according to the V type pier and cap contact area,to study the V type pier,pile cap and the contact area under the most unfavorable conditions stress distribution.4.Establishing the finite element model of Midas is to analyze the local stress characteristics of the main pier ball hinge and the local stress and deformation characteristics of V pier.5.Through the test of heat and temperature on the core part of the water mass concrete and analysis the results,to determine the reasonable time of removal for the construction unit,which can prevent thetemperature difference lead to the cracking of the concrete surface,and provides theoretical guidance.Besides,measuringthe elastic modulus,bulk density and shrinkage coefficient of mass concrete,monitoring of the pier displacement and stress,displacement and settlement on the pier construction period,to ensure that the bridge construction safety.
