The dispensing screw assembly can be used to arrange the rules or irregular packaging containers, such as cylindrical, oval and other shapes of bottles, inigation, boxes and other packaging containers, in accordance with established technical requirements, complete distance ,Lift and turn and other actions, one by one or in batches to the packaging station. In order to better adapt to the changes in packaging containers and improve the production efficiency of the equipment, the supply screw device is moving in the direction of diversification and high speed, increasing its filling, sealing, metering, labeling, testing and packaging line application.With regard to the dynamic and design of screwdriver feed, it is both groundbreaking, novel and practical, and more importantly, it can promote the development of domestic packaging machinery industry and open up a pioneering subject worthy of exploration to the packaging industry.This article mainly studies the supply of medical ampoule dispensing screw device, the main body of the ampoule is a positive cylinder, the production material is glass material, the quality is light and easy to break. According to these characteristics of the ampoule, by comparing the traditional three-stage screw helix and the four-stage combined screw helix, the appropriate screw helix is selected as the screw design criterion. Taking into accountthe supply process, Ampoule in the screw, conveyor belt and lateral baffle of the common force, the ampoule of the force of the mechanical analysis, Establish the equation of motion. The effect of force on the stability of the ampoule was studied by analyzing the force and torque of the ampoules in the two feeding points which may be generated with the screw. Through the above analysis, determine the screw and ampoule between the more reasonable point of contact, select the approprpriate feeding mode.The principle and design method of spiral groove are discussed. The three . dimensional solid model of screw is established by using Pro/E scanning and mixing function. The displacement, velocity and acceleration curve of ampoule are obtained by ADAMS simulation analysis. Prove the rationality of screw design.
