This paper mainly studies the feeding screw device of the components for the ampoule,medical ampoule production materials for glass,it is characterized by light weight,easy to break,According to these characteristics of the ampoule,in order to improve the high speed and stability of the screw,this paper presents the Helix model of four-section variable-pitch screw,the design can ensure the smooth connection of the ampoule in the delivery process,and avoid the rigid impact of the three-segment combined screw,through the principle of the intersection of Ampoule and screw,the mathematical model of spiral groove for feeding screw is established,and the drawing of Spiral groove is realized by MATLAB software programming.According to the forming characteristic of screw groove surface and the analysis result of screw Groove axial section,realization of parametric three-dimensional modeling design for feeding screw.In this paper,through the analysis of the stability control conditions of the parts supply screw,considering the stress of the ampoule,analyzes and compares the mode of delivery which is more advantageous to the high speed and stable delivery,and establishes the mechanics equation,which provides the theoretical basis for the later simulation analysis.In order to achieve high speed and stable delivery,this paper based on genetic algorithm to optimize the design of the parts for the delivery screw,when the production capacity is satisfied,the delivery time is reduced and the delivery efficiency is improved by changing the main parameters.In order to achieve the requirements of the complex movement of the screw and the ampoule in the delivery,in this paper,the dynamic simulation analysis of the screw is carried out by using Adams software,and the force curve of the ampoule in the direction of X,Y and Z axes is obtained,by analyzing the force of the simulation results and comparing the simulation results to the simulation scheme of the theoretical curve,the rationality of the design method of the split feed screw is verified.
