With the development of low-head rivers and tidal hydropower resources in China, the application of tubular hydroelectric units has been increasing, but the cross-flow unit has its own low head, high inertia of flow, small unit inertia, and in the process of transition The additional inertia of the water body accounts for the large proportion of the total moment of inertia, and it is less stable in the operation mode of the isolated network, and the unit is not stable when the belt is more than 40%. Therefore, it is very important to study the operation of the cross-flow unit in the isolated network.In this paper, a simulation model of water-machine-electric combination is established in PSCAD simulation software for the characteristics of tubular hydro-generator. Through simulation results, the simulation results show that the flow- The influence of the factors such as the PID parameters, the parameters of the guide vane and the opening and closing time of the blade, the response time constant of the guide vane and the blade relay, the load disturbance, the proportion of the machine capacity and so on.The simulation results show that the conditioning quality and stability of the unit are better than the large opening in the small opening. The main factors that mainly affect the conditioning quality of the unit are proportional gain, integral gain, guide blade and leaf off time, load disturbance and machine capacity. The effect of the proportional gain on the maximum deviation of the rotational speed at a small opening is more pronounced than that of the large opening; the integral gain also has a large effect on the maximum deviation of the speed deviation at a small opening, The influence of the load on the unit output is slightly better than that of the large opening degree. Under the large opening degree, The mechanical network occupies a greater impact on the adjustment time, in the small opening, the maximum deviation of the value of a greater impact, and in a small opening of the unit running better than the stability of the opening.
