Hydro-turbine governing system is a complex automatic control system.The dynamic characteristics of the regulating system has a direct important impact o n the security and stability of hydropower and the production of power quality.During the unit operation,due to the impact of hydraulic,mechanical,electrical and other factors,stable working conditions the unit will often be broken,there were minor fluctuations in the transition process.Therefore,the studying of hydraulic turbine regulation system small fluctuation of the transition process has a certain necessity.On the basis of the principle and the method of small fluctuations in the transition process of hydraulic turbine regulation system used on,This paper established a small fluctuation mathematical model of turbine conditioning system with a complex long Conduit.Based on the specific circumstances of a hydroelectric power station,In the small fluctuations,under the linspace MATLAB,meshgrid,griddate,delaunay,trimesh series of turbine flow function and torque characteristics for processing,and draw the corresponding characteristic three-dimensional surface.Elastic water hammer,hydraulic friction losses,the governor,the nonlinear of turbine and governor,to establish a complete mathematical model.in accordance with the established turbine Conditioning system mathematical model.Take advantage of the powerful MATLAB software programming and simulation program small fluctuations.Finally,combining the specific engineering practice,to develop a variety of turbine regulation system different computing operating conditions,Small fluctuations in the transition process' s simulation and analysis,By calculating different adjusting parameters combinations,to get meeting the system stable condition governor optimal combination of parameters and their adjustment range,ensure the stability of small fluctuations in their regulation system.Finally,to verify the quality of the analysis of the transition process,and to ensure the quality of a good system regulation.O n the basis of the stable operation of the power station,to provide a theoretical basis and technical support in governor preferences and stable operations For other hydropowers.
