With the rapid development of social economy and the expansion of population, the parties in the face of the increasing demand for water, and water resources spacetime distribution of water resource shortage problem increasingly prominent. At this stage, inter-basin water transfer is to adjust regional uneven distribution of water resources, the reasonable allocation of water resources one of the main and effective means. Due to the inter-basin water transfer comprehensive diversity and complexity of questions involved, with many large-scale inter-basin water transfer project put into operation, how to more effective scheduling of inter-basin water transfer,give full play to its engineering benefits become a problem to be solved.In this paper, the han dhi nutrient-laden inter-basin water transfer project as the research object, from the perspective of how to realize the maximum benefits of inter-basin water transfer project, the increasingly close to the ideal way of scheduling research, in order to make full use of water and electric power system economic operation. The main content of the paper is as follows:(1) of han dhi nutrient-laden run the feasible region of each key element of this project.Starting from the engineering of the main distribution, based on the main part of function,classify the element node, so as to analyze each node itself to solve their own ideal running status. Considering engineering contact between each node and engineering practice as constraint conditions, further analysis of each node can meet the best running status after their ideal solution and the most adverse operating conditions. For this article provides the reference for the application research of scheduling calculation model.(2) close to the ideal operation scheduling calculation model for research. On the ideal reference point theory method as the core, the nonlinear programming (NLP) model is set up;Using the NLP model after the effective solution set of discrete, further application step by step optimization algorithm (POA).(3) The development and implementation of the project scheduling system for han jiji.Based on modern information technology, software development technology, studies the knowledge visualization technology and the implementation of component development technology, at the same time, on the basis of the knowledge visualization integrated platform based on component, based on the knowledge map and visualization tool of han nutrient-laden project scheduling system construction model, implementation through the integrated platform complete han dhi nutrient-laden project scheduling system fleetly. At the same time, the application of the scheduling model based on the ideal reference point theory method is realized at different time periods and different sizes. Further, according to different water frequency,select three typical years, PingShuiNian,dry year (wet), for each unit under different water transfer scale node change feasible region, for different water scale, respectively, to study, and analyze the results, the completion of the reliability of the results of our model validation.
