With the rapid development of society and the economy,urban water demand is increasing day by day.To alleviate the water tension in Nanpeng Reservoir,the Xiajiankou-Fengyan-Nanpeng Water Transfer Project was built to connect the Xiajiankou Reservoir,Fengyan Reservoir,and Nanpeng Reservoir in series.Cross-basin water transfer projects can effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand and solve the problem of water scarcity,but the cross-basin reservoir group has complex hydraulic connections and a strong diversity of water supply targets and modes,so it is necessary to coordinate water demand and formulate scientific scheduling rules in the process of reservoir group scheduling.Conventional cross-basin reservoir group water supply joint scheduling uses water storage as the decision variable and formulates rules based on the scheduling diagram without considering the influence of runoff information on the scheduling decision,which may make the water diversion decision too conservative and may lead to waste of resources due to excessive water diversion.The current joint scheduling of cross-basin reservoir group using runoff information also has problems such as insufficient utilization of runoff information,increasing number of dimensions of the scheduling diagram,and imperfect utilization of coupling.Therefore,this paper improves the scheduling diagram on the basis of the conventional joint optimal scheduling of the water supply of the cross-basin reservoir group,considering the way of utilizing runoff information,and accordingly conducts the research on joint optimal scheduling of water supply of cross-basin reservoir group,tests the optimized effect of the improved water supply,and applies it with the example of Xiajiankou-Fengyan-Nanpeng Reservoir in Banan District,Chongqing.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows.(1)The basic situation of the study area is clarified,the current problems of cooperative water supply in the Xiajiankou-Fengyan-Nanpeng Reservoir Group are analyzed and evaluated,and the basic principles of joint optimal scheduling are clarified,laying the foundation for the subsequent study.(2)Based on the conventional type scheduling diagram,the scheduling rules of water diversion and water supply are determined,the joint scheduling model of water supply is constructed,the scheduling diagram is optimized using the POA algorithm,the multi-year scheduling process of the reservoir group is simulated,and the optimal scheme under the conventional type optimal scheduling is obtained using the game theory combination assignment and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Compared with the status quo scheduling situation,this scheme can improve the total water supply by 0.69% and reduce the average annual water disposal by 10.36%,which has a better optimization effect.(3)Based on the conventional type scheduling diagram,an improved scheduling diagram that couples runoff information with water storage status and reservoir diversion is proposed for joint optimal scheduling of the water supply of the cross-basin reservoir group.The results show that compared with the status quo scheduling and conventional scheduling diagram optimal scheduling based on the improved scheduling diagram performs optimally in the long series scheduling process,which can increase the average annual water supply by 6.87% and reduce water disposal by 87.58% based on the status quo,and remains stable and effective in special hydrological years.(4)Considering the uncertainty of runoff information and analyzing its influence on the optimized scheduling performance of the improved scheduling diagram,the research results show that the water supply volume of the optimized scheduling of the improved scheduling diagram is reduced by 3.37% due to the uncertainty of runoff forecast,but is 5.96% more than the conventional optimization.This further verifies the effectiveness of joint scheduling of water supply for the cross-basin reservoir group based on the improved scheduling diagram.Finally,the method is applied to the emergency dispatching of the Xiajiankou-Fengyan-Nanpeng Reservoir Group to develop dispatching plans for different working conditions and provide a guarantee for water supply safety through scientific decision-making.
