| City water supply system is an important part of city infrastructure, with the development of our country to speed up the city, the risk of problems in city water supply system is also increasing, water supply safety accidents of personal safety, social environment and ecological environment caused great threat. Therefore, to identify and evaluate the risks of city water supply in the system, and make the corresponding countermeasures according to the obtained results, it is very important to reduce the risk of accidents occurred, it has a guiding role to ensure the safe operation of water supply system in Xi’an City, also has an important significance to realize the sustainable economic development of Xi’an city. According to the West The risk assessment and risk prevention countermeasures of the water supply system are studied. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) research and analysis of the water resources of Xi’an City, city water supply, water quality and water supply system of the city, to grasp some risk problems of water supply system of water supply and development trend of Xi’an city and Xi’an city of each subsystem.(2) According to the characteristics of water supply system in Xi’an City, the water supply system in Xi’an city from the raw water system, water system, water distribution system and safety management four aspects of risk identification, risk evaluation index system of city water supply construction principle as well as the evaluation index of the screening requirements,determine 16 key risk indicators, and set up the comprehensive the risk evaluation system of water supply system in Xi’an city.(3) The comparison of all kinds of risk evaluation methods, as determined by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the risk of the water supply system of Xi’an city for the study on risk assessment, according to the evaluation results of Xi’an city water supply system risk level is moderate,high risk,high risk,medium risk,low risk, low risk probability was 7.8%,15.5%,29.8%, 25.1% 21.8%., comparative risk assessment standard knowledge is acceptable, still need to take some measures to prevent risks.(4) According to the analysis of risk assessment results of water supply system in Xi’an,the corresponding risk prevention measures and emergency plans are put forward according to the weak link of water supply system. |
