| In recent years,the industrial technology innovation alliance has the advantages of complementary advantages,risk sharing,benefit sharing and other advantages,by the government’s advocacy and support.As one of the pillar industries in China,the construction industry keeps up with the pace of The Times.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the prefab building industry,it integrates the resources and advantages of construction enterprises,universities and research institutes,and establishes the prefab building industry technology innovation alliance.However,there will be various risks in the operation of the alliance,which will affect the stability of the alliance.Therefore,starting from the relevant concepts and basic theories of industrial technology innovation alliance,combining the risk management ideas and drawing lessons from the technological innovation alliance of other industries,this paper discusses the risks of technological innovation alliance of prefabricated building industry,and studies its risk assessment and prevention and control.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing previous researches on risk identification,evaluation and prevention and control of different industries and different industrial technology innovation alliances,this paper analyzes the risks of industrial technology innovation alliances of prefabricated buildings from the perspective of prefabricated buildings and according to the characteristics of prefabricated buildings.By reference to relevant literature,a preliminary screening prefabricated construction risk factors,identified the contains 2 first-level indicators,7 secondary indicators,25 tertiary indicators of prefabricated construction industry technology innovation alliance risk hierarchy,hierarchy structure model is established,and the risk of prefabricated construction industry technology innovation alliance evaluation are analyzed,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,constructs the evaluation model,for risk prevention and control,and case analysis of laid a foundation.Secondly,the principal-agent theory in game theory is used to analyze the risk prevention and control of alliance.The analysis of alliance risk prevention and control firstly clarified the principal-agent relationship among the main members of the alliance,and conducted risk prevention and control analysis on the moral hazard and benefit distribution risk caused by the partner selection risk before the alliance was established and the opportunist behavior that the members might take after the alliance was established.Through the analysis,it is suggested that before the alliance is established,we should pay attention to the choice of partners and choose partners that are beneficial to the alliance.After selecting a good member,we should also prevent the members from taking opportunism and other behaviors which may lead to moral hazard and profit distribution risk.In case analysis,in order to reduce the subjectivity,the method of combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy value method is used to determine the weight of risk index.On this basis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the risk of alliance.The results of the case analysis show that the internal risk is greater than the external risk in the alliance,and the risk degree of alliance A is smaller.From the perspective of the weight,the risk of benefit distribution,the risk of partner selection and the risk of moral hazard have greater weight,which should be paid attention to.Through the analysis of the full text,the research results show that the risks of the technological innovation alliance of prefabricated building industry are mainly internal risks and complex,so it is necessary to focus on the management of internal risks,especially the risks of partner selection,profit distribution and moral hazard. |
