| The green building energy-saving,is strongly advocated in recent years in the state.In the field of civil construction,green building energy-saving has been carried out very hot.There are a series of mature evaluation standards for civil green building evaluation both at home and abroad.However,for the industrial buildings with huge energy consumption,the research on green energy-saving evaluation is still at the initial stage of exploration.With the continuous development of China’s industrialization and the promotion of green industrial buildings,industrial building design is to the direction of energy-saving emission reduction,industrial building green energy-saving evaluation criteria are gradually improved.The energy consumption of industrial buildings is much more than that of ordinary civil buildings,take the electronics industry as an example,the production process not only need to provide the staff with a healthy production environment,its production lines related to a wide range of production plants,such as rough processing workshop,precision workshop,clean workshop,constant temperature and humidity workshop,the production process produces a large number of industrial waste,but also require a higher building ventilation and lighting environment,so energy consumption is particularly obvious.This paper takes the industrial plant represented by the electronics industry as the breakthrough point,and focuses on the green energy-saving design strategy of the industrial building represented by the PCB electronics industry,combining with the actual cases.The whole paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter gives an overview of the background of this subject,the current research situation at home and abroad,the purpose of the study,the significance of research and research methods.The second chapter analyzes the current evaluation system of green industrial buildings in China,and summarizes the characteristics of domestic green industrial buildings and their significance to industrial building design by comparative analysis,as the evaluation in the following discussion of industrial building energy-saving emission reduction measures.The third chapter analyzes the energy consumption of the electronics industry represented by the PCB industry,and summarizes the energy conservation design principles in planning layout,architectural design,equipment specialty and process flow.The fourth chapter focuses on the PCB industry as the representative of the electronics industrial building green energy-saving design strategy,combined with the current domestic green industrial building evaluation system,and the author’s actual participation of green industrial construction projects as an example,focusing on the the design practice of new PCB industrial project at Huizhou Zhong jing Electronics,acomprehensive introduction to industrial building energy-saving design measures by the perspective of layout,building monomer design,industrial plumbing and technology,which has certain guiding significance for energy-saving design of industrial buildings in the electronics industry. |
