| With the development of the economy, excessive consumption of energy has become one of the main issues in our country, especially the construction energy consumption. Undoubtedly, the fast process of urbanization puts pressure on China’s energy supply. In order to ease China’s energy shortage situation, more green buildings are needed. At present, China has successively introduced building energy efficiency codes and standards, but evaluation criteria of green buildings is not very comprehensive, the division of content is rough, not to mention the absence of local evaluation criteria, which hinders the development of green buildings in China. In northern China, the long cold winter has made the construction energy consumption quite considerable, however, the actual constructing amount of green buildings is quite small, so huge potential for the development of green buildings can be seen. Establishing regional evaluation system and improving energy-saving design of green buildings combined with local characteristics is of certain practical significance to the development of green buildings and the implementation of regional constructing energy efficiency.Based on extensive literature research and analysis, this paper illustrates characteristics and developing trend of energy efficiency design about green buildings home and abroad, the theoretical basis of establishing rating system relating to energy efficiency design standards and evaluation criteria and energy efficiency technologies of green buildings in order to construct evaluation mode of green buildings with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods. First of all, according to regional characteristics in Harbin, entropy analysis is used to screen evaluation indexes of energy-saving design green buildings. Then, five directions are chosen to build the evaluation system, including main building design, building envelope design, HVAC design, building electrical design and energy using design. In the meanwhile, entropy analysis and AHP are combined to determine the weight of indexes. After that, on the basis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation model energy efficiency design of Harbin green buildings is constructed, and the evaluation criteria and evaluation level of energy efficiency design of Harbin green buildings is established.Finally, by the case study of Harbin green buildings, the energy efficiency design is rated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to show the application process of the evaluation system. Verifying the rationality and applicability of the evaluation system, the situation of energy-saving design of Harbin green buildings and the evaluating results are analyzed, in order to make proposals and take measures to improve the energy efficiency design of Harbin green buildings. |
