In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have focused their attention on energy-saving buildings and green buildings.No scholar has been able to apply life cycle costs to energy-saving buildings.There is a lack of practical cases.This paper focuses on the aspect of life cycle,taking into account the practicality and economy of energy-saving buildings in all respects,in order to strengthen scholars gradually realize how to strengthen energy-saving technology.Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the status quo of green and energy-saving buildings at home and abroad,and introduces the definition and theory of green building energy conservation.Second,the technology of combing green energy-saving buildings,including single technology design and planning design,analyzes the common energy-saving technologies in the current society,whether it is from the construction of technology or the performance of technology.Secondly,by analyzing the energy-saving buildings in this paper through the Tianzheng energy-saving software,the energy conservation rate and energy consumption rate of the buildings are calculated,and the enclosure structure is elaborated and accurately calculated using the orthogonal test method to calculate the energy conservation rate of green buildings throughout the year.Load rate,calculating the cooling load rate and heat load rate of green building air conditioning and heating;Finally,on the premise of using orthogonal test method to design the envelope structure and skill technology,the best energy-saving plan is selected from the entire plan as the analysis case of this article.At the same time,the project cost is integrated into the case and the life cycle cost is calculated separately.The initial cost,operating cost,choose the best plan from among them,and based on the overall idea of the energy-saving design,the new environmental science building of A University was designed to save energy.The research work of this paper is beneficial to the birth of new cost concept,reducing the cost of life cycle investment to a certain extent,reducing the cost of enterprise investment in energy-saving buildings,and improving the continuous expansion and promotion of green energy-saving buildings.In addition,the research of this paper is helpful to strengthen the sustainability and practicability of energy-saving buildings in the course of practice and on the basis of theory.For our government to launch energy-saving buildings,green energy-saving buildings to provide decision-making.
