The urban traffic congestion is very prominent nowadays,especially in the rush hour of large and medium-sized cities." For example in 2015,Guangzhou Daily traffic congestion index rose 39% more than 2014,and the number of serious congestion days in late peak was 83 which was only 9 in 2014.At the same time,with the online shopping and e-commerce grows exponentially,the express delivery as the representative of the rapid development of urban logisticsis develop rapidly,express delivery vehicles are also occupying the urban road,which aggravates the urban traffic congestion.Though the urban public transport and some hub stations bear the passenger copacity,there exist some unused space have not been very good use and developed.If we can share some city logistics by urban public transport,we can reduce the traffic congestion.This paper has a new meaning for the study of urban public transport logistics and express delivery,and have important significance.In this paper,urban public transport logistics and express distribution are the main object,on the basis of the analysis of the relevant literature at home and abroad,urban public transport logistics meaning is proposed,and the social economic?operability of urban public transport logistics and express delivery are analysed;the overall spatial layout and distribution channels and layout of Guangzhou urban public transport logistics are designed by distribution theoretical model,optimal service radius respectively,three network are put forward-two vertical and two horizontal "well-shaped" space layout,forming a distribution center distribution,distribution centers,three front-end distribution network node.Finally,the paper gives the operation plan and case of Guangzhou public transportation logistics and express delivery.The main contents are:(1)Analysis the characteristic of urban logistics,joint distribution,and compare its social and economic benefits,leads to the meaning of urban public transport logistics,analyze the feasibility of urban public transport logistics and express delivery.(2)Delivery quantity between a given node,the unit transportation cost,the transport time between nodes and service time limit for the design of shaft radial express network optimization,the urban public transport logistics distribution model is established;a community needs to be divided into several a determined point located on the needs of different locations,collectcustomers' waiting time,then build a single source-multi-node model yields the best service radius.(3)According to the characteristics of 13 main hub stations and 81 bus stations in Guangzhou and urban distribution logistics node requirements,three front-end service outlets network system including 6 distribution centers?7 distribution centers?81 urban distribution class is designed to create a new model of distribution city and solve the logistics "last a mile" problem.(4)Urban public transport logistics operation plan is designed from the information platform program,fitness goods vehicle transformation program,loading and unloading the bus station traffic organization,urban public transport logistics management program.BRT transport logistics and transit of cargo cases in Guangzhou are listed.
