Study On TNE Operation Scheme Of Railway Express Freight Transport Under The Conditions Of Modern Logistics

With the rapid development of social economy, the modern logistics’development speed and level both raised. Economic development prompted the logistics demand coefficient growing. The role of modern logistics to facilitate the development of the market economy had become increasingly prominent. Thus the various modes of transport positively changed in to modern logistics to adapt the modern economic developments and changes.Compared with other transportation modes, the resistance and speed of rail freight transport system were larger and slower to change in logistics. Therefore, Railway Express Freight Transport lost the goods that was short cycle, multi-frequency and small volume. To further improve the competitive and efficient of railway freight transport in the market, it was necessary to research the problem of railway express freight transport under the condition of Modern Logistics.This paper explored the following questions:(1)It analyzed the development of domestic and international railway express freight and gave reasonable suggestions and improvements. Then it summarized the transport organization problem of domestic and international railway express freight. It was the practical and theoretical foundation for this paper.(2)It analyzed the basic principles and theory of railway express freight transport organization under the condition of Modern Logistics, then the content and features of the modern logistics and railway express freight transport, it also analyzed the organizational principles of the railway express freight transport. Then, It analyzed the factors and category of the railway express freight transport organizational model.(3)It analyzed the railway express freight transport’ market supply and demand characteristics, then summarized the transport market situation and found the problems thus looking for new opportunities and challenges. By comparing the national economy, logistics demand index and railway freight volume growth, It analyzed the current supply and demand conditions in the Modern Logistics. Then, it investigated the factors influencing transport demand, classified the railway express freight based on the arrival time limit, finally it designed the railway express product.(4) It researched the operation plan of the railway express freight transport under the condition of modern logistics combined with express freight transportation product classification, which considered the whole process from the start to the finish. The process included the short-distance connection of road transport and long-distance of rail transport. Delayed punishment was included. This model reflected the unity and efficient of the modern logistics.
