With the development of urban transportation, urban rail transit has gradually formed the network, and then network operation has taken the place of single-line operation. Because of the characteristics of large investment, long construction period of urban rail traffic, multi investors and operators has become an inevitable trend. When the rail traffic to network-operation, a seamless exchange between lines in each case, to establish a scientific rational income distribution model of division of ticket sales to ensure the interests of the operators is particularly important.First of all, the paper analyses the domestic and overseas trend of urban rail traffic ticket income distribution problem and the current status of the development of rail transportation. Introduces some ticket income distribution theory, especially the method of constructing network graph, and three of the existing income distribution model of artificial accounting division model, ideal distribution model, the shortest path distribution model are compared and analyzed.Then, according to the characteristics of passenger route choice, from the three aspects of passenger social economics attribute, passenger travel characteristics and urban rail transportation network characteristics to analysis the influence factor of urban rail traffic ticket income distribution.More then, considering the congestion degree, transfer times and transfer queue delay influence factors, established a comprehensive path generalized cost model. In view of the current problems of effective path search method, and the present ant colony algorithm is easy to premature to fall into the local optimal, puts forward the improved ant colony algorithm. According to the dynamics of passenger route choice, given the assignment method based on stochastic user equilibrium, then rail traffic ticket income distribution model is established.Finally, take example for the rail transit network of a city to calculate the model. Selects a random origin and destination, to calculate the effective path table, passenger assignment proportion table and the line distribution proportion table, then prove the feasibility of the model.
