Nanotechnology,which has obtained widespread attention and rapid development since it’s birth,is one of the most promising science and technology in the present.Atomic Force Microscope(AFM),as the most crucial research tool in the nanotechnology area,has played an irreplaceable role in the nanotechnology area.So far,the AFM has been used in the biomedical field.The changes of cell surface morphology and its physical and electrical properties were analyzed by AFM to make people understand and even grasp the pathogenesis of some diseases,which makes a great contribution to the prevention and treatment of some diseases.However,in the use of AFM and other large instruments,because of the instrument itself connection complexity,the stringent environmental requirements and other reasons,it also brings some difficulties.With the continuous development of network communication technology,the application of remote control technology to the AFM is another important direction for the development of AFM in the future.The research and implementation of the remote cell detection technology based on AFM were studied in this paper.The remote technology was applied to AFM,and a set of remote control system of AFM was built.The AFM contact mode was developed and optimized.The PID algorithm was used to achieve the feedback control of the Z piezoelectric ceramic actuator.For the purpose of overcoming the restriction of traditional AFM,a simple,fast and convenient remote control method based on LabVIEW was proposed and it was applied in our self-made AFM.By scanning and imaging experiment of grating and fixed cells in the air and liquid condition,as well as real-time test of the system through the PING instruction,real-time and stability of this remote control method was verified.The result shows that the time delay is under 30 ms,the image of web client is free from distortion and the instruction is sent and received correctly.
