A good geographical and resource bases are provided for the development of distributed energy in Qinhuangdao due to the area has abundant solar radiation and wind resources.Therefore the establishment of hybrid wind-solar heating system is an important form to promote the rational development of new energy in rural areas,and a new heating measure of improving heating environment of rural residents,At the same time,it can also alleviate the environmental pollution and high heating costs caused by winter heating in rural areas.According to the distribution characteristics of wind and solar power in Qinhuangdao,the diagram of hybrid wind-solar heating system is designed and thermal balance model of the system is established with setting the solar collector area,wind power,auxiliary electric heat consumption as the variable parameters by analyzing the thermal characteristics of this system.The thermal balance model of the system is used as the constraint function of optimization.And then,solar collector area,wind power,electric power consumption of the auxiliary heat source are set as variable parameters to build investment models of this system according to the price data of system components of market research,and the total investment model of the system is taken as the objective function of economical optimization,and the optimal value of the variable parameters are obtained by genetic algorithm.Therefore,the operation model of wind-solar hybrid heating system is established on the TRNSYS platform to analysis the performance of the system based on the results of the optimized variable parameters.Finally,the optimization results of the variable parameters and the operating results ofthe system operation model are compared with that of the traditional combustion coal heating mode,and the advantages of economical and environmental benefits of the system in different heating cycles are analyzed in different heating cycles.The results show that wind-solar hybrid heating system is applied to the heating of rural dwellings in Qinhuangda has stable and reliable performances,it makes indoor temperature reach the target temperature.And in the long run,the system is more advantageous than the traditional coal combustion in investment cost and CO2 emission.
