Protection And Reconstruction Design Of Old Industrial Factory In Cities

With the rapid development of human society,large-scale economic transformation around the world,resulting in a large number of old industrial factories abandoned and idle,and to some extent hindered and affected the development of urbanization process.In this background,those old factories that are marking the city’s past are faced with the situation of "going" and "staying".How to carry on the reasonable protection and renovation,create their own historical imprint for city,at the same time with renewed plant economic and cultural value,become the main topic and research direction of design field in recent years.This paper takes the protection and reconstruction of the old industrial factories as the breakthrough point,on the basis of determining its importance,sort out the concepts and properties of the old industrial factory.Through analyzing and collection of related data,this paper analyzes the general situation,principles,methods and models of the protection and transformation of old industrial factories at home and abroad.And analysis the excellent case of domestic old industrial factory to the creative industry park,conclude its transformation strategy and features,and summarize the theoretical guidance for the follow-up design.In the practice of case design,to the original nature,integrity,sustainability as the basic design principles,combined with the creative industry park transformation pattern,to design the sugarfactory in Baotou.Includes reordering the integrated function of the park layout planning,the plant landscape transformation,as well as the building interior space and facade,and many other aspects.It provides a new idea for the design and protection of the old industrial factories.
