Research On The Renovation Of The Old Factory Building To The Creative Industry Incubator

As the economy grows,the structural adjustment of industrial,there are two parallel conditions in the city's development.The first reason is the structural adjustment of industrial production is not the primary factor in urban development.The decline in industrial production has left a vast waste-free factory.Seconed,in the process of the retreatment of industrial productionThe global economy is shifting,the city`s development has shifted from a rough industrial economy to a more intelligent innovative economic transition.A new concept of development,which is called the creativity economy,generally appears.then,the concept of creative industries spread around the globe.The development of our creative industries is not mature,and the development of some new companies also needs the help of the incubator.In the two conditions,the author think one is the carrier of the material space,the other is the development of industry need the material space.The combination of the two is the focus of this study,which is to transform the waste factorys to office buildings for creative industries incubator.There are no fixed design methods to guide this type of design in the process.Therefore,the author conclude analysis of outstanding reform cases in a large number of countries.The main content of this article is divided into five.1?To illustrate the background of this article,identify the subject,disscuss the meaning of the study,list the content and the main methods.2?The concept of the three-pronged,the wast factory,the incubator,the creative industry,and the concept of creative industries.Based on these three features,put forward the design requirements of the transformation from the waste factorys to office buildings for creative industries incubator.3?Analysis the composition feature,behavioral traits and psychological needs of the users of such projects.To deduce the subjective factors that are not neglected in the design.4?To summarize the steps of the transformation,classification of specific methods of transformation,specific content for transformation.5?Combin with the above research results,make studies on the project which the author take participate in.This article is based on the idle state of domestic waste and the rapid rise of creative industries to adapt to its development of office buildings,To find ways to merge.From the perspective of architectural design,summarize a specific theory about the old factory transform into incubator office building.
