In the heating system,the circulating water pump energy consumption of the system a larger proportion of the total energy consumption,the use of variable frequency pump can reduce part of the transmission energy consumption.Because the frequency converter and the water pump operating efficiency limit and so on the factor,uses the frequency conversion circulation water pump movement way not to be able to solve the heating system transmission energy consumption the question largely,on this basis,proposed the heating system distribution pump system,which can be applied to single heat source and multi-heat source heating system,can greatly reduce the energy consumption of circulating water pump,and alleviate the phenomenon of uneven heating and heating.This paper analyzes the characteristics and application of distributed frequency conversion pump conveying system under the condition of single heat source and multi-heat source heating.First of all,this paper analyzes the heating pipe network special star.The paper introduces the drawing of water pressure diagram of heating pipe network and the calculation of the head of circulating water pump as the power transmission device of the system.The principle of frequency conversion energy saving of pump is introduced.Under the premise of considering various efficiency factors,The calculation model and the calculation model of energy saving rate are calculated and compared.The transmission energy consumption of the system using the fixed speed pump and the variable frequency pump is calculated and compared under the design condition and the partial load of the single pump single branch pipe network.Circulating water pump,pipe network control valve energy consumption can not be completely eliminated,can not play the maximum extent of the advantages of frequency conversion pump.On this basis,the distributed variable frequency pump conveying system of heating system is put forward and applied to single heat source heating system.The hydraulic analysis of different distributed pump water heating schemes is carried out.The water pressure diagram and the energy consumption of the pump are obtained respectively.The most reasonable distributed variable frequency pump heating system is obtained by considering the system heating pressure and energy consumption.The influence of zero pressure difference state point on the heat transfer network and the energy consumption of the pump is analyzed,and the change rule of the zero pressure difference state point when the heating system is adjusted is analyzed.The distribution system of single frequency heat pump The regulation of the quality of the heating network,the adjustment of the flow rate,the adjustment of the flow rate,the heat pump and the user's pressurizing pump,and the adjustment of the zero point of the zero point in the flow regulation mode is compared and contrasted.And the zero-point pressure difference adjustment method;and a single heat source ring network as an example,the analysis of single heat source ring network distributed pump system energy consumption,energy-saving rate 35.87%.This paper analyzes the characteristics of distributed variable frequency pump conveying system under the condition of combined heat supply with multiple heat sources.It points out the advantages of distributed frequency conversion pump conveying system combined with multi-heat source combined heat supply,not only the heating reliability is improved,but also the water junction The pressure head of the user is reduced,so that the head of the user's circulating pump is reduced and the energy consumption of the system is reduced.The characteristics of the water intersection under the multi-heat source combined heating are analyzed,And the influence of heat source and heating network operation mode on the distributed frequency conversion pump conveying system is analyzed.The results show that the optimal hydraulic confluence point of the multi-heat source distributed pump system is determined by the number of hydraulic confluence points.
