Energy is important resource of the human society,the energy cost in the building industry is a large proportion in the total energy consumption in our country.With the increasing requirement for comfort of the urban residents by 13 th plan of five years,the nationwide heating-supply building area is expanding continuously and the energy consumption of the heating have an increasing tendency.For this reason,the building energy saving is becoming the focus of our society.For the commercial building in the area with scorching summer and cold winter,because of the period of the operation,the intermittent heating is used to cut the energy consumption.In order to research the characteristics and the variation tendency of different heating systems in this operation mode,an office building is set as an example to analyze.In this paper,a physical building model and the system model inside is built and calculated under certain outside weather date(form Bengbu and Nanchang)and provided internal heating sources condition.The dynamic simulation software Energyplus is used to calculate the hourly heating load of the building,the variation tendency and the influence facts of the heating load under the constant design temperature and the intermittent changed temperature are analyzed;The energy consumption difference between the constant operation condition and the intermittent operation condition under the different heating system(the baseboard radiator,the low temperature radiant floor and the fan coil unit air-hot water system)are studied,and the reasons for the differences are found.In the last section,three kinds of the feasible operation strategies of the heating system are studied to calculate and simulation the energy saving effects of each strategy and the suitable strategies for each system are provided.Concluding the results of this research,the weather parameters,the internal heat sources condition,the schedules of the heat sources and the heat storage condition of the building are the important facts for the heating load and its change tendency.Compared with the constant operation condition,the intermittent operation condition during a right time will have great energy saving effect,for the radiator system,the number is 36%,for the low temperature radiant floor system,it is 72%,and for the hot water-air system,it is 52%,so the best effect is produced in the second system.With the research of the operation strategy,the strategy of bringing the operation time forward is suitable for the low-temperature radiant floor system and the heat operating time depending on the occupant schedule is suitable for the fan coil unit system.The conclusion of this paper can provided a theory basis for the heating system design and operation configuration in a building project.
