The Energy-saving Study On Air Conditioning System Of Operating Room In Different Regions Of China

The energy consumption of air conditioning system in operating room (hereinafter referred to as OR) occupies a great proportion of energy consumption in hospital building of China. Therefore choosing suitable air conditioning systems in different regions is important to reduce the air conditioning energy consumption. We know that fresh air loading all of load system and secondary return air system are the two kinds of common air conditioning forms in OR. So this paper analyses their energy saving in different cities through calculation and comparison.We choose 35 cities to calculate the air conditioning load of the two systems in design condition and the effect of the outdoor air to the two conditioning load is analyzed. Then 12 typical cities are selected based on the calculation and the outdoor air. And the next, annual energy consumption of the two systems is computed by the verified annual energy consumption calculation method. The following conclusions are obtained:(1) In the place that the outdoor air of summer is drier than the indoor air, the fresh air loading all of load system is suitable for the air conditioning system of OR.(2) In the place that the outdoor air of summer is damper and hotter than the indoor air, the secondary return air system is suitable for the air conditioning system of OR.(3) When the cold and heat source is determined, the fan total pressure efficiency is the main influential factor to the energy consumption of air conditioning system, and the influence is more significant to the fresh air loading all of load system than to the secondary return air system.(4) To analyze the energy saving effect of the air conditioning system, it is not enough to calculate air conditioning load in design condition and the calculation of annual energy consumption is necessary.
