As the development of the medical surgery and intensification of people's self-protection consciousness, preterit disinfection method depending on chemical treatment can not accord with the request. The process control principle has already been used for the anti-infection control of the surgical operation. The air cleaning technique as the important segment of the process control protection system has got an advanced development in recent years. The cleaning air conditioning system, and corresponding standards and regulations have been improved and made a great progress. But the problem of energy consumption was not considered carefully in system designing, operating management and standards. The current cleaning air conditioning system has many characteristics as follows: large air rate, lower the relative load, strong system resistance, great relative power consumption, etc. It is much worth optimizing the air-conditioning system of cleaning operating room and reducing the energy consumption and operating cost.Based on the generalization of the related parameters of the cleaning air conditioning of operating room, this paper expatiates characteristics of heat and humidity load of operating room, and sums up the common air processing and operating modes of air-conditioning system of cleaning operating room currently. For an example of an operation room, under summer designing state, the heat loads, humidity loads, volumes of outdoor air supply and total air supply are calculated, and all air condition modes are compared. The consequence indicates that when the enthalpy of outdoor is higher than that of indoor air, once-air-return without re-heating method will lead to big offset of indoor relative humidity, which is not accord with conception of "humidity control priority".According to the outdoor weather parameters of the local, the average outdoor weather parameters of 12 months of the whole year is divided into three parts of â…  ,â…¡ and â…¢, with which representing as winter, transition season and summer. In each part, energy consumptions of feasible air condition processing are calculated.
