All Terrain Idler Pulley Spaced Tracked Mobile Mechanism adopts floating design.It uses new systems and unique structural forms to solve the problems exposed in the traditional mobile mechanism of the tracked vehicles.It can freely travel around shoal,river,swampland,desert,hill and snow under the condition of without any road.It is improve and supplement the chart of automotive model to make up the deficiency of the existing tracked.This paper puts forward the technical index of the ZSD171 tracked all-terrain vehicle.This paper has developed an All Terrain Idler Pulley Spaced Tracked Mobile Mechanism composed of the all terrain spaced tracked,Large diameter rubber loading wheel for preventing wear and tear,torsion bar spring with elastic and mass center of gravity coincident,inte gral light weight balance elbow,multiple gears engagement driving wheel,ultralight inducer and micro tension device.And the design of the three-dimensional model has carried out.Using ANSYSWorkbench simulation software carried out static analysis of the main components under the limit load and the limited conditions,check and optimize the structure of parts,and make the structure design more reasonable and improve the reliability.Using Adams Tracked Vehicle high-speed tracked module in Adams simulation software built the model of the ZSD171 tracked all-terrain Vehicle virtual prototype.And its virtual dry sand,snow,swamp and other typical bad road conditions for dynamic simulation analysis,The simulation results are verified by Beck vehicle pass indicator.Through the comparison and analysis of the life of old and new mobile mechanism driving wheel and tracked board,It is proved that All Terrain Idler Pulley Spaced Tracked Mobile Mechanism has the characteristics of steady engagement,stable running,extend the service life of the tracked and the driving wheel.The accuracy of the design index and simulation results of the ZSD171 tracked all-terrain vehicle was verified by driving experiments.It provides important reference for the design improvement of tracked.
