In 2008,after the snow disaster in southern China and the Wenchuan earthquake,China's existing engineering equipment is difficult to quickly or directly into the disaster area to implement the rescue,delayed some valuable rescue time.Chinese government is in urgent need of a natural disaster in the rapid infiltration of land and water into the disaster area to implement the rescue equipment.So I assume the relevant international cooperation projects,the development of Python type of all terrain articulated double tracked vehicle start(hereinafter referred to as "ATV")have developed a load of 3 tons,5 tons,10 tons,30 tons of four tonnage series models.All terrain vehicles using unique articulated steering technology,two body through a hinge mechanism connection,application of the core technology,to achieve the body pitch,serpentine twist,double body and four tracks can achieve full rigid latch drive,light rubber track nearly 1m width,the ground pressure is less than 0.03 MPa,the car without you can prepare the water crossing,can work normally under ambient temperature conditions + 40 DEG C,excellent comprehensive performance has a very strong ability to adapt to the environment and the performance,in the wind,sand,rain,snow and other extreme weather conditions,across the 1m high barrier,2.5m across a wide moat,roam freely in the shallows and the snow,rivers,swamps,deserts,mountains and other complex terrain,complete rescue,transportation of materials,special engineering tasks.The comprehensive performance of all terrain vehicle is superior,outstanding performance in action system reliability strong,the system bears the weight of the vehicle,easing the impact of ground vehicle operation,the maximum force is the most complex and the development stage of high failure rate of all terrain vehicle action system research has important theoretical significance and economic value.The main research contents for the study system of all terrain articulated tracked vehicle suspension technology.This paper introduces the research background and the source of the suspension system of double tracked vehicle,and the suspension system are studied and summarized,clarifies the theoretical significance of double tracked vehicle suspension system with practical significance,focusing on the key components of suspension system balance elbow to do in-depth analysis research;the use of Proe drawing of the double tracked vehicle suspension model the system and the structure are introduced,the establishment of vertical and lateral maximum load mathematical model of suspension system and the core components of the balance elbow hub double tracked vehicle by Ansys,and the wheel is connected with the bearing surface analysis,deduced the calculation of double track stress and displacement force combined with simulation data.The numerical work on the vehicle actual condition and the theory of design iteration,constantly strengthen vehicle reliability.
