ABSTRACT:To ensure the Twelfth Five-year Plan energy saving and emission reduction plan, the State has established a project include household heat metering related charge based on auto meter reading technology. Heat metering and Heating controller have been installed in building which are newly built or already existed. This paper designed a heating system based on the On-Off Time Area Method. MSP430F4152was used as the core of the thermostat to execute the switching of the valve. Collect and calculator was used to collect and upload data use wireless communication and bus communication. To solve the problem existed in the central heating system, an On-Off Time Area Method based thermostat has been designed after information enquiry and study in heating company. It is a system more than just a simple product which targets home users. The frame of the system is:Temperature controller, On-Off valve controller, Collect and calculator and master computer. The temperature controller used wireless for data transmission. The valve controller used RS485for data transmission. The collect and calculator communicated with master computer through wireless. This paper completed the function design of on-off time area heating device and investigated its performance of engineering appliance. The supply and return water temperature correction method solved the limitation problem to some extent. Device in this project had characteristics as low-power, operability, low-cost and the test results showed the practical applicability and stability. It will fix the inappropriate charge caused by heat offset and bring more energy conservation to custom.
