The spectrometer is the basic equipment for the analysis and measurement of the composition and structure of the material.It is widely used in many fields such as environmental monitoring,food quality testing,clinical testing,aerospace remote sensing and science education.Traditional spectral detection based on the Windows platform,due to its large size and the limited use of the environment,cannot meet the needs of on-site inspection and real-time monitoring.The research on the spectrum detection system based on mobile platform can not only improve the deficiency of traditional spectrum detection method,but also realize the transformation and upgrading of the spectrum detection system to the micro intelligent direction,which is of great significance to the development of modern real-time spectrum detection technology.In this paper,using the smart phone as a spectral image processing platform,achieving the spectral spectrum of the spectrometer by wireless transmission to the mobile terminal for real-time data processing program through the OpenWrt system of intelligent wireless router and designing the phone image processing system based on the Mobile for the miniature portable spectrometer intelligent needs.To ensure real-time reliable spectral image data transmission and processing,the related performance of the system is analyzed.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,through analyzing the basic theory of the system by the design requirements of the whole system,the array of micro spectrometers can collect spectral images in real time and instantly.The OpenWrt system is able to provide WiFi signals in the LAN for communication between the spectrometer and the Android phone,and the Android platform can serve the data processing operation of the spectral image,which provides the theoretical basis for the system design and integration analysis.Secondly,for the development platform used by the system,there is a brief introduction to development environment of the Android and OpenWrt systems.On this basis,the Android Studio was built and the OpenWrt system was configured to provide an operating environment for the overall design integration of the system.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the system function and performance requirements,the four functional modules of spectral image acquisition,spectral data processing,laser departure and spectral curve drawing were designed respectively.Finally,all the functions were systematically integrated through the Android mobile platform.Finally,making wavelength calibration and test analysis of the system,and the data of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the spectral image processing system show that the characteristic spectral line wavelength error of the system is within 0.6nm,the spectral detection speed is 8fps,and the spectral data transmission distance is 15 m or less.It is proved that the spectral image processing system designed in this paper can realize the accurate spectrum detection of the radiation source,and achieve the purpose of miniaturization,portability and intelligentialize.
