Research Of Smart Home Control Systerm Based On OpenWrt

With the progress of society,people have higher request on the quality of life.With the development of science and technology,smart home appear in people's life.Combined with sensor technology,embedded technology and network communication technology,smart home connect a variety of home devices together.It has the function of centralized management and control,making the home environment more comfortable and convenient.In this paper,we design a smart home control system based on OpenWrt technology.It can realize centralized management and remote control of household appliances,without replacing existing appliances.The smart home system is consisted of three parts to design: bottom controller,intelligent gateway and Android clients.Through the communication interface,these parts are organized into an organic smart home control systems.In the bottom controller,temperature and humidity sensor collects the home environment parameters,WIFI network module communicates with the upper layer and intelligent infrared transceiver module deals with infrared data for processing and transmitting.The intelligent infrared transceiver module use waveform recording method to collect data,clustering method to process and inverted trapezoidal vector method to compress.The bottom controller can learn infrared remote control signal and control home appliances.The intelligent Gateway uses RT5350 as the core of hardware platform and constructs gateway environment with the OpenWrt system,Socket Communication and MySQL database server.It achieves the infrared signal learning,self-regulating temperature control and appliance control functions through the software program.After the Android client environment is developed and configured,we develop the functional modules to achieve user login and exit,appliance control,scene mode selection and other functions.Tests show that the smart home control system can use the Android client to realize the centralized and remote control of home appliances successfully.Simultaneously,it can record user usage and self-regulate temperature.This technical scheme is verified reasonable and provides a practical solution for smart home control system.
