With the increasing number of electric vehicles in life,electric vehicle battery charge and discharge motor has a wide range of applications,for charge and discharge products,power factor and efficiency has become a major indicator of technology.With the development of science,the core topology which is power factor correction circuit and bidirectional LLC resonant converter of charge and discharge motor is becoming the goal researched.This paper mainly studies the two topologies and their control strategies in intelligent charge and discharge motors.Aiming at the problem that the ripple current is too large in the PFC circuit,this paper,describes the principle of interleaving parallel Boost which reduces the ripple of the AC input current,analyzes the advantages of the bidirectional interleaved parallel Boost circuit compared with other circuits.The improved CLLLC method is used to analyze the forward and backward steady-state characteristics of the two-way LLC resonant converter.The phase shift control scheme is used for the control strategy of the neutralization of the charge and discharge motor.This paper found the best solution for phase shifting control.Aiming at the problem of control strategy of soft start process of charge and discharge system,the advantages and disadvantages of FM and Duty Cycle are analyzed,and the optimal control strategy is selected according to the actual situation of forward and reverse operation.According to the design index,calculating system parameters,the selection of the power devices and the design of the magnetic components are completed,and the saber simulation is carried out.The relevant parameters are consistent with the theoretical results.Finally,the experimental platform is built,which verifies the positive and negative soft start of the charge and discharge motor,the switch is zero voltage open(ZVS),and the system has good dynamic response.
