The sealed electronic component is an indispensable part of the national defense electronic system,and its reliability directly affects the reliability of the space equipment.Components inside redundant particles is one of the main factors influencing the sealing electronic components reliability,PIND redundant particles test for the detection of the characteristics of high efficiency,low cost is widely used at home and abroad,however the current PIND test system there are still problems need to solve: first,the quality less than 1?g tiny redundant particles in PIND test due to the collision weak signal cannot be identified;Secondly,in the experiment,the vibration acceleration and the acceleration of the actual circuit output were significantly different.In this paper,we will study the problem of the system and improve it.Background noise on the upper machine is too large,which leads to the small problems in redundant particles signals submerged in noise,by adopting the idea of robust design in tolerance design,with sound level 3 op-amp circuit for signal disposal circuit three factors,the design of orthogonal test and each factor contribution rate is obtained,according to the requested contribution to redistribute op-amp circuit magnification,at all levels to explore in t he sound signal conditioning circuit level 3 op-amp circuit under the condition of invariable total magnification,the background noise of the lowest levels op-amp magnification combination.For redundant particles signal with low signal noise ratio(SNR),makes the detection sensitivity is not high,and can't detect tiny residue problem,analyze the PIND test signals,determine the redundant particles in test signal to the noise of the signal causing interference signals,including the sensor background no ise and environmental noise.Based on the application of simulation software Saber to redundant particles signal and interference noise signal as the input circuit simulation model,sensitivity analysis was carried out on the two circuit filter as the key factor for parameter design,key components without affecting the system performance of key parameters adjustment,get to make many tailings signal SNR maximum parameter combination.For PC given acceleration and the actual circuit of the output value has the problem of larger deviation,orthogonal experiment was carried out on the acceleration signal conditioning circuit is designed,according to the experimental data obtained by contribution analysis table,for the factors of contribution rate higher tolerance allocation,to reduce the error of the system output signal.For voice channel impedance mismatch,lead to redundant particles signal attenuation and distortion in transmission process,the application of sensor output impedance IM3570 impedance analyzer and voice signal conditioning circuit input impedance measurement,matching by Smith chart which commonly used in engineering method,and apply the ADS simulation software design impedance matching network,finally the matching of impedance matching n etwork are verified through the contrast test results.
