Electromagnet relay consists of many systems,such as electromagnet,contact spring and other systematic appurtenances.Its part is up to dozens,and its structure and assembly process are complex,which leads to differentiation of products inevitably.As one of the two important parts of relay,assembly process consisten cy of contact spring system restricts relay product consistency directly.In this paper,key assembling parameters with significant effect on the assembly consistency had studied and defined for the relay contact spring system,and then,the accuracy of contact spring system and automatic adjustment system was developed for achieving measuring and adjusting key assembly parameters in order to the assembly consistency of contact spring system,which aims to lay a well foundation for improving the consistency of relay products.Initially,attraction and inverse force characteristics are acquired by establishing a virtue prototype of electromagnet system and contact spring system of relay through SOLIDWORKS,computational software of finite element FLUX and mul ti-body dynamics calculation software ADAMS respectively.Aiming to provide a foundation for the simulation for determining key assembling parameters of relay,dynamic characteristic simulation platform of relay is established according to the static magnetic data table acquired through calculating static characteristic and calling ADAMS computing model by MATLAB/Simulink module.Furthermore,the different assembling parameters of relay contact spring system have different influence on relay output performance.Firstly,given different assembling parameters of relay contact spring system has different influences on output performance to vary degrees;influencing trend of differences of assembly parameters of contact spring system on the output performance of relay is defined by analyzing single parameter for providing a study orientation of adjustment of contact spring system.Secondly,it is to provide measurement and controlling object for improving consistency of assembling relay contact spring system by s creening key assembly and adjusting parameters of contact spring system through multi-parameter comprehensive analysis.Additionally,image denoising algorithm based on switching dual threshold is designed for the high precision measurement method of conta ct clearance of machine vision,which preserves edge feature of image in full measure while ensuring denoising.This paper developed a study aiming to improve anti-interference ability of the matching algorithm based on the SIFT matching algorithm of overall information in order to meet the demand of a matching algorithm which adapts to the production line of relay further.Legendre sub-pixel edge detection algorithm of orthogonal moment is improved by introducing overall information into the edge testing process,which improves testing efficiency while improving precision of testing.Edge fitting method of straight line and circle with weights is designed,and the anti-interference ability of edge fitting is improved in this study.Finally,automatic measurement and adjustment system of initial contact pressure based on contact clearance of machine vision and force sensor of cantilever beam is developed.Meanwhile,automatic measurement and adjustment of initial contact pressure and contact clearance is achieved as achieving the goal of improving the assembly consistency of contact spring system.
