Along with the execution of the atmospheric pollutants 2011,CFB is the most promising clean burning inferior coal combustion technology,and CFB boiler furnace denitration cannot satisfy the requirement of new standard NOx emissions.So the CFB furnace denitration and SNCR coordinated control of NOx emissions standards,have very important engineering practical significance.Taking tangshan east power plant's 490 t/h CFB boiler furnace as an example,the paper studies denitration and flue gas denitration collaborative.First of all,the paper analyzes the mechanism of NOx formation and reduction of CFB boiler,discusses the temperature of the furnace denitration mechanism,and analyzes the influence factors of flue gas denitration.Then,it establishes a CFB boiler combustion model,uses CFD method to simulate the CFB furnace denitration process,and analyzes the simulation results of low nitrogen combustion.Finally,the paper makes research on the CFB boiler denitration experiments,optimizes the technological parameters of denitration and proposes denitration system parameters optimization scheme.Studies have shown that CFB boiler combustion optimization can effectively reduce NOX in flue gas concentration of outlet of the furnace,bases on SNCR flue gas denitration,which can meet super net power plant emissions control standards.The research results can provide low nitrogen optimization design and operation of CFB for technical reference.
