Evaluation Research On Comprehensive Capability Of City Fire Emergency Rescue

With the continuous advancement of social modernization,people’s living standards gradually improve and the demand is becoming more and more diverse.There are many problems in the various public projects,such as imperfect management system and so on,which easily leads to a wide range of security incidents and bring serious threats to personal security.At present,frequent occurrences of natural disasters and social conflicts,ethnic conflicts,terrorist attacks have largely affected the people’s normal life and personal property security.In recent years,urban fire accidents and other types of sudden disasters are gradually increasing,those features of large scope and long duration as well as difficult regulation case these accidents become more dangerous and uncontrollable.In this paper,the city fire rescue team is take n as the main research object,and the theory and capability evaluation system are comprehensively evaluated through the establishment of an effective and reasonable evaluation system,so as to provide guidance for urban fire rescue.First of all,the current stage of C hina’s city fire situation and the causes of the fire as well as processing difficulty are briefly described,at the same time,the urban fire emergency rescue system are defined,so as to lay a solid foundation for theoretical research.Secondly,the construction standards of the system and the functional requirements as well as policy conditions are described and analyzed.After selecting the reasonable indexes,a reasonable and perfect evaluation index system is established.In the last section of the article,the fire rescue capacity of Tangshan C ity is taken as an example of specific research;the theoretical accuracy is tested by the evaluation on object system.O n this basis,and given the Tangshan City,fire emergency rescue capability to enhance the objectives,principles and strategies,this paper also points out the unreasonable points in the object system.The conclusions of this study: through the combination and practice theory,combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation of Tangshan C ity fire emergency rescue capability,the evaluation results show that the increase of medical personnel,fire station co nstruction,construction,fire vehicle equipment and training etc.to improve the overall investment,Tangshan C ity city fire emergency rescue ability has important significance.According to the evaluation results,the objectives,principles and Strategies of the fire emergency rescue capability in Tangshan C ity are given,which has certain innovative and important practical value.
