Distribution network fault repair is an important basis to provide quality service of power grid enterprises.Because of a wide range of customer service,fault complex and diverse, it need to spend huge management and maintenance in human and material resources. Fault repair work of city(county) distribution control center, power supply enterprise, marketing team, repair for agricultural and other units, the repair process involves many links, professional, and social impact caused by large power outages, any link problems, fault repair efficiency will be affected. The establishment of fault repair system is a scientific and efficient distribution network repair is one of the important content of management, scientific and efficient repair system can not only improve the power supply reliability of distribution network, but also can improve the service level of power supply enterprises.This paper analyzes the mode and responsibilities of the distribution network in the large running system.It achieves enterprise-level sharing and eliminates information island through unified devices and user data model.It implements overall design through the related processes as well.This paper also describes the construction of technology architecture and system function architecture of network fault repair,it completes integration combined with 95598, marketing, grid GIS platform, electricity information gathering system, main data platform and real-time data platform.Aiming at the network command and repair mode, the paper designs the fault repairing software for the distribution network, and develops a fault-repairing command platform for the distribution network with service-oriented customers.This topic has very profound meanings in practical significance, it can be widely used in the design research of distribution network repair.It provides a strong technical support for improvement of business management,fault diagnosis and repair command efficiency.Then it instructs the development of research and technical support system of homogenization, and it effectively improves the standardization level of the company's distribution network repair command business.
