With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,Many distribution networks have been upgraded and revamped,but the failure rate of 10kV distribution network is still very high.to improve the security and reliability of power supply in power supply enterprises,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of emergency repair of distribution network faults.Research and application of distribution network fault diagnosis,locate the fault point quickly and accurately and reduce the time of troubleshooting is necessary.Firstly,this paper studies the business process and fault diagnosis system of the original distribution and emergency command system of Jinan Power Supply Company,analysis and modeling of defects and deficiencies in the process,including the study of defects and shortcomings in the process of active fault diagnosis of distribution network based on multi-dimensional information fusion and its modeling.We discussed he power user electric energy data acquire system,repair of 95598,Planned blackout and many of information source.Including transformer substation and power line and transformer and distribution box and power users.We used the method of utilizing network topology relations and visual management for optimal process.This paper finally completes the research and judgment of distribution network faults and four technical principles,it is verification of accuracy of information sources and automatic filtering of information sources and technical Requirements for information interaction and information interaction consistency.By interacting with other systems,for example,repair system of 95598,wedistributed a technical support system architecture for implementing fault diagnosis strategy of distribution network is constructed.We proposed five-level logic flow of fault diagnosis which included any power lose.Applying the principles of this carding,we upgraded the system of emergency repair system of distribution network.We increasing data acquisition dimension and improving the relational table of the original Oral database.After debugging and commissioning for more than half a year to be the proof proved to be effective.The research content of this topic has very profound and important practical guiding significance,it can widly used in PMS and OMS systems.
