In recent years, the new building standards for the modernization of buildings, especially for the busbar trunking system of high?rise buildings put forward the technical indicators of fire fireproof and refractory, with the progress of the technology and the continuous development of new materials, it requires higher performance index for the busbar i.e., the main equipment of electricity transmission and distribution home and aboard.China National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Mid?low Voltage Distribution Equipment(abbr. CCQTE) is affiliated to the Zhenjiang Center for Products Quality Supervision and Inspection, as the designated laboratory of low?voltage sets of products, in order to provide high quality inspection service for these fireproof and refractory products, this thesis developed the detection system of fireproof and refractory busbar. China standard GB/T 9978.1?2008 ?Fire?resistance tests?Element of building construction??Part 1 General requirement?is modified by the international standard ISO 834?1:1999, which is the guideline for the fire resistance limit test of the building elements.Busbar fire detection system takes the temperature field of industrial gas furnace as the object, through comprehensive analysis of these factors, such as the furnace volume and shape, combustion device distribution, furnace pressure control, the fuel supply from different positions, and plans and designs the complete temperature control scheme of the gas furnace.With SIEMENS S7?300 series PLC as the core of the equipment, the control system constitutes by the combustion control, temperature control, power control and chain protection control. PC monitoring software using kingview as a development platform for human?computer interaction, the realization of the parameter setting, real?time monitoring of the pressure temperature, fault alarm, record query, report generation and other functions.Design of temperature controller using the differential optimization algorithm and sliding mode variable structure control algorithm, the control algorithm in MATLAB model simulation, the simulation results show that compare the optimization strategy with the conventional temperature control system based on PID, the former's response time is faster, settling time is shorter, the overshoot amount is smaller.After setup and basic installation of the equipment, this test platform is to be tested. The busbars of different cross?sectional areas and different materials were analyzed in two horizontal and vertical positions. It proofed that the device can meet the requirements, such as the safe and reliable installation, simple test process and high accurate control of the temperature and pressure.Since it was put into operation, the actual operation results of the combustion control system show that the system has high stability, good maneuverability, high full?combustion rate, uniformity and controllability of the temperature field, low?cost detection and improved the efficiency of inspection work, not only bringing economic benefits but also exerting a certain influence in the inspection and testing industry.
