With the rapid development of information industry,the airborne antenna has become an important means of wireless communication for all kinds of air vehicle,thus the design of high-performance airborne antenna control system has become an important link to improve the communication quality of the airborne antenna.Aimed at the poor security problem of the previous transmission mode of the exchange information between air fleet with the aid of satellite,an airborne directional antenna servo control system based on DSP and FPGA combined architecture as the core controller was designed,which has the advantages of strong anti-interference and good confidentiality etc.In this system,the TMS320F28335 DSP of TI Company is used as the main controller,which is mainly responsible for mode identification and control algorithm,and Altera's EP2C5F256 type FPGA acts as coprocessor for interface development,management and data collection.Both of them work together,to realize the self-stability of antenna system,as well as tracking and alignment.In this paper,the whole design architecture of the airborne directional antenna servo control system is introduced firstly.The DC micro motor is selected as the actuator according to the requirement of system design technology,and the rate gyro and the rotary transformer are selected as speed and position feedback element.In addition,it also includes carrier attitude measurement of MEMS inertial navigation unit,and the core control unit of DSP and FPGA.Then according to the selected parameters of the motor,the model of airborne antenna servo control system is established in this paper,and the simulation of the designed system is conducted in Simulink environment of MATLAB.Then under the premise that the simulation results show that the design meets the system requirements,the hardware circuit and the software algorithm of the servo control system are designed,including sensor solution circuit,data receiving and decoding algorithm,PWM generation algorithm and integral separation PID algorithm.Finally the hardware and software of the designed control system are tested in the platform.The position and velocity information of the antenna is measured by the sensor in real time,and it is compared with the ideal case after the collection of the host computer.The results show that the system can effectively isolate the external interference,and tracking error is within the scope of the system design requirements.It will have certain practical value in engineering.
