With the development of electric power technology,Smart grid technology continues to advance,Smart Substation as an important part of smart grid,Undertake the important task of power network data monitoring,state detection of electrical equipment,data collection and release of the system.So the safe and stable operation of Smart Substation is very important.Because it is different from the conventional substation in the network structure and data model,The analog quantity and switch quantity of the system are digitized in situ,Replace the existing cable with optical fiber,To realize the communication between process level and bay level equipment.The acceptance of smart substation has become a major problem.On the one hand,to ensure that each virtual terminal the correctness of each virtual loop.On the other hand,to ensure the reliability and correctness of the coordination between intelligent electronic devices.Intelligent transformation of the substation to increase the difficulty of acceptance,From the operation mode of Substation and safety measures in the process of transformation and after the transformation of the acceptance test put forward higher requirements.In this paper,the Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau Co.,Ltd.intelligent substation technical guidelines for the acceptance specification,To 110 kV old base station intelligent transformation process as the main line,Through the configuration of 10 kV Fenji I line configuration to explain the key point of intelligent device configuration,Analysis of the transformation process of intelligent risk and precaution measures.Aiming at the special equipment configuration and networking mode of the intelligent reconstruction project,three problems are put forward.10 kV BZT cannot be logical drive in Networking mode;Switch position sampling method of 110 kV BZT in line spacing;Coordination of intelligent equipment and conventional equipment in intelligent transformation.Through the SCD configuration,VLAN division of process layer network,Auxiliary node expansion of the intelligent terminal and other ways to solve.Combined with the actual scene to confirm one by one,Achieved good results,Hope to provide reference for intelligent substation commissioning researchers.
