Emergency Ambulance Product Platform Design Based On Emergency Management Thinking

In recent years,natural disasters occur frequently which results in a large number of casualties.The reason of the casualty is multi-level and complex,the first one is that there is no immediate response to the disaster when it happened,the second reason is that there is no timely rescue of the wounded in the disaster area.In view of this,it is urgently needed to develop a coordinated rescue system to reduce the threat which threatens people's lives and property.This paper is aim to use emergency management thinking to build an emergency ambulance product platform which can give responds timely when disasters occurred.What functions the platform have is determining the type of wounded injuries and speculating the number of injured.At the same time,it can create an emergency ambulance team and plan the emergency ambulance products which the team should carried orderly,and rescue the wounded after a disaster targetedly.This paper constructs the theoretical framework of the whole research by the emergency management thinking of Public administration.And uses the emergency ambulance product platform as the carrier of actual design.At last,by collecting a large number of data resources to build the platform's database,researching the ambulance system platform which can response quickly with other related section.The platform takes into account the pre-disaster preparation,disaster response,post-disaster relief and other aspects,as well as the emergency care product design and application practice of post-disaster.At last,design the specific products for this platform to verify the rationality of the platform architecture.This paper has the guiding significance of reality and universality in the theoretical research on emergency management,the research of emergency medical rescue mode,the design and practice of emergency ambulance products.And it is useful to the development of emergency rescue industry.
