| The hydraulic disturbance appears ubiquitously in the central heating system,it will reduce the quality of heating and raise the energy consumption,also to affect the stability of the system.For the purpose of overcoming the hydraulic disturbance and realizing the hydraulic balance,also to optimize the system operating conditions,this paper focuses on these issues.Firstly,the network is simplified and abstracted as a graph according to certain principles,and give the project properties to the graph elements.Therefore,we construct the network model of pipe network,it is the foundation of computer to solve the hydraulic condition by the computer.Then,based on network graph theory,Kirchhoff’s law and the equation about the pipe pressure drop equation,the hydraulic model of district heating network is established.We can solve this model by MKP and square root method.We write a universal calculating program by C language.The program of create minimum spanning tree including two subprograms,Bubble sort and Kruskal.The author of the thesis surveyed and investigated one of central heating groups in SLOF,in consideration of new heat users in the heat supply system,done checking calculation based on original design.To fully understand the operation conditions of heating supply system,we collected the pipeline network operation data from field test.The hydraulic conditions of heat supply system according to heat users’ hydraulic imbalance degree demonstrated that the pipeline network has a serious hydraulic imbalance,only 33 percent heat users has a low hydraulic imbalance degree between 0.9 and 1.2.In order to adjust the hydraulic imbalance of heat supply system,numeric simulation was introduced,regulation scheme was made based on former computer program.Indoor temperature of entire heat user reached the national standard after implemented the regulation scheme.The hydraulic condition of the heating network reached equilibrium states by reconstruction and regulation,the energy requirement of hot users are satisfied.the system operating condition is optimized. |
