With the continuous development of the urban economy and the constantly improvement of the national living standard, more and more people began to pursue a high-quality living environment, leading to changes in the structure of the residential development mainly to the tall reinforced concrete structure from the previous multi-storey brick structure. The urban-scale expand rapidly and the land resources are deficient seriously, large-scale urban residential projects have been developed to a high-level. However, the majority of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is small and medium-sized cities and the residential types are mainly small high-rise residential. Compared with the high-rise residential, there are a variety of structural systems to choose for the small-rise residential. Therefore, in order to be more scientific to make a choice of the small high-rise residential structure system, it is necessary to analysis the economic indicators and technical indicators for different structural systems, so as to select the optimal structure for the regional small high-rise residential system, As a result, providing guidance to the structure design programs.The main content of this study include the following aspects.Firstly, through the theory of literature and standardize elaborate the small high-rise residential common system reinforced concrete structure commonly used technical performance and the scope of application; the actual situation of choice for Xingjiang are using frames-shear wall structure,the short pier shear wall structure and the general shear wall structure three types of reinforced concrete in architecture. On the basis of a instance in Xinjiang Shihezi of a high-rise residential project, analyzed and calculated by using the SATWE (wall element model) software.Secondly, using of SATWE software to analysis the respective natural period, horizontal displacement, seismic response force and other related technical indicators, estimating the amount of main material based on the construction design content of the three structural system, calculating the cost of the various structures with current market price for per unit area, the finally aims are at combining technical indicators with economic indicators effectively, to select suitable structure system for Xinjiang high-rise residential.Finally, it is optimized for the general shear wall structure, learning the changes of structure and cost about the optimized general shear wall structure clearly. Consequently we can draw a conclusion that in order to obtain a set of economic, applicable, safe and reliable structure design, we should further optimize the structure design.Based on the above analysis, the conclusion is the end of this paper in the Xinjiang region of small high-rise residential structure selection, the aesthetics of the building less demanding and have higher requirements on construction costs, we can use frame shear wall structure, in order to achieve the objective of reducing costs; encourage the adoption of general shear wall structure, the structure of the force and has better seismic performance. And advocate for the shear wall system for layout and component optimization.
