Research On Information Sharing Mechanism And Credit Evaluation Of Construction Safety Production Based On Incentive Motivation Theory

A high safety accident rate in construction industry is a hot issue in the theory and engineering circles.At present,the problem of asymmetric information between the market subject in the construction and the unclear rewards and punishments legal clause of safety production in our country,leading to regular occurrence of acts of dishonesty behavior,which brings such as safety supervision ineffective,the accident hidden danger and harm to turn a blind eye,lie concealed the accident and other practical problems.Establish a secure credit information sharing system is ease the problem of a mechanism conception,is also the construction market credit system construction of the fundamental guarantee.Therefore,the research content of this paper has important theoretical value and practical significance.At present,the state administration of work safety has made it clear that to further strengthen the safety production enterprise credit system construction,promote the safe production credit information management,but there is no for practical measures,especially for the construction industry enterprises.In this study,the core idea of incentive theory as the starting point,with "trustworthy incentive,dishonesty disciplinary" as the guide,and strive to build a safety supervision system for the construction industry enterprises.Through the classification and contents of the incentive theory rationality,normative integration and reference the game between the government and enterprises and between enterprises characteristics analysis,based on the problem of asymmetric information.Firstly,the paper proposes the construction of construction safety credit information sharing platform and the preliminary structure of the idea,secondly in all security information select can embodies the construction enterprise safety in production behavior of index information as a basis for evaluation,and using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the safety of enterprise credit level,eventually building industry enterprises of different grades of impose different levels of incentives and other reasonable suggestions.The research results can be as the practical basis of the government and other organizations to safety supervision and management activities can be as a measure of construction enterprise's safety production behavior whether meet the requirements of safety production standardization of industry and improve the safety management level of enterprises,improve the efficiency of government safety supervision rate,promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
