| In the long run, production safety has close relations with national economicgrowth rate, comprehensive national power, national standard of living and overseasmarket development. It is one of the economic security and factors. If security is takenfor the market pass and competitive chips, guiding construction enterprises in payingfull attention to security management, establishing a scientific security creditevaluation system and improving their competitiveness become possible, through theresearch the security credit's impact on construction enterprises.Since the propose of security credit, there is no precise definition for it. Based onthe research of credit and enterprise credit, this paper provides the definition ofconstruction security credit. Moreover, it also analyzes the economic effectiveness ofconstruction security credit, which illustrates its significance of the research on it fromanother point of view. Then, it establishes construction security credit through theanalysis of relevant policies. This paper uses TOPSIS to analyze the evaluationprocess of construction security credit and creates an adequate model for theevaluation. Then, it provides a quantitative evaluation method for security whichcould achieve a set of quantitative indicators for enterprise. These works explain thefeasibility and significance of construction security credit. Finally, based on theresearch on security credit evaluation, it predicts its foreground and its importance forconstruction enterprises and construction industry management. This will promote theattentions on secure production and improve the management of constructionenterprise.The establishment of security credit makes construction enterprises in acompetitive relationship with others in security construction. If constructionenterprises expand security input, provide workers a relatively safe work environment,avoid personal and property loss, it will form a regulation and supervision for thesecurity of construction industry. |
